3.3 Account Status

You may request to voluntarily close your account at any time. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period are reviewed periodically and may be marked as inactive if there has been no regular activity.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ade44 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Third-party payments or transactions made in another person's name are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)

4.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are typically credited to your account within 5 to 30 minutes. In some cases, this may be delayed due to the verification process or other reasons. Withdrawals are always processed using the original deposit method.

4.4 Transaction Verification

ade44 reserves the right to investigate any transaction. If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found, the transaction may be suspended or cancelled and the associated account may be placed under review.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳32,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing from a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and eligibility conditions.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, ade44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash unless stated otherwise.

6.1 Gaming Activity

All gaming activity on ade44 is conducted in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider. The outcomes of games from our partner providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe — are determined by their own software and random number generators (RNG).

6.2 Technical Errors
